This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was built in 2008 and is located on Prospector Mountain on a ridge overlooking Main Street Hill City and the Black Hills Central Railroad (1880 Tourst Train). Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nearby Harney Range. Paved roads lead all the way to this home with a double garage. It is just a stroll down the hill to "Major Lake" for fishing, or to access the Mickelson Hiking/Biking Trail and Hill City's Main Street.

    Master bedroom with king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with tub & shower. Fully furnished kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator and plenty of cabinets and walk-in storage for your supplies. The invention of coal and steam powered locomotives replaced horse drawn wagons to expedite the transport of goods across the plains. They were dubbed "Iron Horses".
Sluice Run: During the Black Hills Gold Rush of the 1870's miners ored the gold and washed it down gullies by the way of a water channel controlled by a gate called a sluice.
